Auto parts store inventory for boxed parts and fluids
Fluids and boxed parts sit in neat rows that are quick to photograph. The app counts each product, checks the count, and you keep stock by aisle.
The free count needs no account. The trial needs no credit card.
What you count in a auto parts store
- Motor oil and fluids
- Boxed filters, plugs and brake parts
- Wipers and accessories
- Cases in the back room
How to use Quanto in a auto parts store
- Photograph boxes from the end that shows the part number.
- Use the barcode scanner for parts with near-identical boxes.
- Keep fluids and parts as separate locations.
What it doesn't do
Part numbers are long and small. If a number is unreadable in the photo, the app may group similar boxes together, so check those lines or scan the barcode.
Questions
Does it look up which car a part fits?
No. It counts what is on your shelves; it is not a parts catalog.
Can I export to my ordering system?
You can export stock to Excel or CSV and import it where you need it.
